| 摘 要： | 从荧光开始研究相对论电子束泵浦Xe_2Cl准分子激光,给出详细的实验资料和分析讨论,特别研究了谐振腔装置对宽带内波长可调谐性的影响,评价了各种稀有气体卤化物混合气体的荧光和激光波谱特性与时间特性。

Experimental study of a REB pumped Xe2Cl excimer laser |

| Abstract: | The development of a BEB pumped Xc2Cl excimer laser described in this paper began with the study of the flourescence. Detailed experimental data are presented and reviewed. In particular, the influence of the optical resonator configuration upon the broad-band wavelength tuning is studied. The spectral and temporal fluorescence and laser characteristics of various rare gas halide mixtures are evaluated. |
