| 摘 要： | 近年来,我们在围绕提高人造金刚石烧结式工具的使用寿命和时效方面做了许多研究工作,重点针对金刚石烧结体所制各种工具在使用过程中唇面金刚石脱落现象进行了研究。用经覆膜金刚石制作不同胎体的金刚石烧结体,并制作不同的工具与未覆膜金刚石制作的工具进行了性能比较,试验资料表明:在金刚石品级相同的情况下,金刚石经覆膜处理后,对所制工具的使用寿命和时效有较大提高,它是提高人造金刚石烧结体制造质量的一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | In the field of diamond sintered tools manufacturing we have studied the diamond dropping from the segments for many years. In this paper we coated the diamond grits, and sintered them with bonds. Comparing them with that of no coating, it was found that the coating will increase the tool life significantly for diamond grits with the same quality. |
