塑料特种挤出装备研究现状和发展

结合特种挤出技术与装备的研究实践，对国内外特种挤出技术的研究现状和发展趋势进行了述评。重点介绍了最新研制成功的双螺杆挤出机。往复式销钉螺杆挤出机，串联式磨盘螺杆挤出机。微型高速低粘度单螺杆挤出机和熔体齿轮泵挤出机的结构特点和应用领域。并对今后研究方向提出了建议。

PRESENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PLASTICS EXTRUSION EQUIPMENT RESEARCH

Combined with research practice of special type of extrusion technology and equipment, the present situation and development of research into special type of extrusion technology at home and abroad are reviewed. Especially the structural characteristics and application fields of twin-screw extruder, reciprocating pin-screw extruder, series disc-screw extruder, miniature high-speed single screw extruder for low viscosity materials and melt gear pump extruder developed recently are introduced, and some proposals for future direction in the research are put forward.
