高性能聚酰亚胺材料的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了中国科学院化学研究所近年来在聚酰亚胺材料领域的研究进展,主要包括:1)三代耐高温聚酰亚胺基体树脂及其复合材料(耐温分别达到316℃、371℃、426℃);2)2类耐高温聚酰亚胺超级工程塑料(长期使用温度可达310~320℃及340~360℃;3)耐高温聚酰亚胺结构粘结剂(耐温300℃以上)等。

Abstract:The advances of polyiamide developed by Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences in recent years were reviewed,mainly consists of 1) three generations of polyamiade matrix resins and composites with high temperature resistance(the temperature tolerance was as high as 316 ℃,371 ℃ and 426 ℃ respectively);two kinds of super engineering plastics of polyamide(long-term working temperature up to 310~320 ℃ and 340~360 ℃ respectively);3) structural polyamide adhesive(the temperature tolerance was above 300 ℃).
