摘    要:根据铁路救援起重机的控制要求,设计了基于CAN总线的铁路救援起重机控制系统.控制器采用EPEC OY开发的CAN控制系统模块.在控制模块之间、控制模块与起重机执行机构之间,采用CAN总线作为信息交换的通道.介绍了CANOpen协议的技术特点,给出了控制器节点的CANopen初始化流程.运用CoDeSyS 软件对控制器进行编程,实现对铁路救援起重机的控制.本控制系统具有检测、控制、报警功能,且操作简单,能极大地提高铁路救援起重机在作业时的安全性能,为铁路救援起重机在恶劣的环境下长期、稳定、高效的工作提供了保障.

Abstract:Based on the control requirements of railway rescue crane,the CAN bus-based control system of railway rescue crane is designed in this paper.The CAN control system module developed by EPEC OY is adopted for the controller.Between control modules and between the control modules and crane actuating mechanisms,the CAN bus is used as the access to information interchange.This paper introduces the technical features of CANOpen protocol,and provides the initial procedure of CANOpen in each control point.CoDeSyS software is adopted to program the controller,so as to control the railway rescue crane.With the function of detection,control and alarm,this control system is of simple operation so as to greatly improve the safety performance in the operation of railway rescue crane and guarantee the long-term,stable and high-efficient operation of the railway wrecking crane under harsh environment.
