大载荷滚轮推车强度有限元分析

摘    要:将UG三维建模软件和ADINA软件相结合,分别建立了大载荷滚轮推车的整体和双滚轮的有限元模型.基于非线性接触算法对滚轮接触面的接触应力进行分析,对比2种情况下的计算结果,得到双滚子的有限元结果与传统的赫兹理论较接近.同时对滚轮推车的结构静强度进行了计算,为大载荷滚轮推车的设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:In combination with UG 3D modeling software and ADINA software,the finite element models respectively for both the integral dolly and double-roller of high capacity roller dolly are established in the paper.Then based on the nonlinear contact method,the contact stress of the roller contact surface is analyzed.With comparison of the calculation results under the two conditions,it's concluded that the finite element result of double-roller is close to that by the traditional Hertz theory.The static strength calculation for the roller dolly is performed as well,providing theoretical basis for the design of high capacity roller dolly.
