焊接轨道在通用桥式起重机上的应用

摘    要:对国内外通用桥式起重机焊接轨道现状进行分析,以工作级别A5、32 t-22.5 m桥式起重机为例,运用有限元软件Ansys进行分析。焊接轨道对主梁强度和刚度的贡献很大,能较大幅度降低主梁的高度,从而减轻了桥式起重机结构的质量。同时对焊接轨道热变形的控制及轨道的材料等进行分析。

Abstract:This paper describes the current situation of general purpose bridge crane welded rail technologies at home and abroad,and uses the finite element software Ansys to study the application of welded rail on the crane with working classification of A5,load capacity of 32 ton and span of 5 meter,showing that welded rail makes great contributions to main girder strength and rigidity,and can dramatically lower the main girder's height so as to reduce the weight of bridge crane structure.The paper also analyzes the control to rail heating deformation and the rail material.
