蜘蛛式高空作业平台稳定性分析

摘    要:按照ISO 16368-2003高空作业平台标准对稳定性计算的要求,参照起重机设计规范稳定性计算方法,结合蜘蛛式高空作业平台结构特点,采用力矩法建立高空作业平台稳定系数目标函数.对具体工况下整机的稳定性进行分析计算,结果表明高空作业平台在其作业范围内可以满足整体稳定性要求.该分析结论与实际情况相符,可作为高空作业平台设计计算的参考依据.

Abstract:According to the requirements of ISO16368-2003 for the stability of aerial working platform,with reference to the stability calculation method of Crane Design Specification and structure features of the spider-type aerial working platform,objective function of stability coefficient for the aerial working platform is established by moment method in this paper.The stability of the whole machine under specific conditions is analyzed and calculated and the calculation result shows that the aerial working platform can meet integral stability requirements within the operation scope.This conclusion is in conformity with actual working condition so as to provide reference basis for the design calculation of aerial working platform.
