核电厂用悬臂吊主梁的性能评定

摘    要:悬臂吊是AP1000核电厂反应堆本体设备一体化堆顶组件的重要组成部分,文中分析了悬臂吊结构计算的工况,确定了悬臂吊结构计算的载荷组合,采用有限元和经验公式相结合的方法对悬臂吊主梁在相应载荷组合下的力学性能进行分析和评定,基于分析结果给出了悬臂吊主梁设计中的改进建议.对其他核电厂设备的性能评定和设计优化有借鉴作用.

Abstract:Radial arm hoist(RAH) is an important part of integrated head components for the AP1000 nuclear power station.This paper analyzes the working condition of structure calculation of RAH,determines the load combination for the calculation,and then analyzes and evaluates the mechanical property of RAH girder under corresponding load combination with the method of integrating finite element with empirical equation.Based on the analysis results,the improvement recommendations for design of RAH girder are provided.This paper gives some reference for performance evaluation and design optimization of other nuclear power plants.
