Hoisting wire rope arrangement problem exists in hoisting machinery around the world,which involves many factors,especially during the process of hoisting machinery installation,dismounting and working condition shift.Because the wire rope is wound into the drum when there is no load,the hoisting wire rope arrangement problem will appear when the ropes hang loads,resulting in wire rope extrusion and abrasion,and shortened service life,broken wire rope.Furthermore,it will endanger the safety and cause accidents.The paper takes small hook wire rope arrangement of the SCC4000 crawler crane as an example,analyzes the reason that wire rope arrangement problem appears,and comes up with the effective solution measures,providing references for all kinds of hoisting machinery drum wire rope arrangement.
