履带起重机臂架系统参数化有限元建模及分析平台的研究

摘    要:针对履带起重机臂架结构种类繁多,有限元计算建模工作量大的特点,利用参数化技术、有限元参数化技术、Ansys的二次开发技术、Matlab语言和数据库技术,结合履带起重机臂架系统有限元模型,开发出履带起重机臂架参数化建模及分析平台,实现履带起重机臂架参数化建模及分析、优化设计、生成三维模型及工程图,提高臂架系统设计的开发效率.

Abstract:Aiming at various types of crawler crane jib structures and heavy work of finite element calculation,and in combination with the finite element model of the crawler crane jib system,some key techniques such as parametric technique,finite element parametric design,Ansys secondary development technique,Matlab language and database technique are adopted to develop the parametric modeling and analysis platform for the crawler crane jib system.Parametric Modeling and analysis,optimal design,3D modeling and engineering drawing are realized with the platform so that the efficiency of the jib system design and development is improved.
