鞋面革透水汽性的测试

摘    要:对不同鞋面革、鞋里材料单层和复合试样的透水汽性进行了测试研究,结果表明;皮革及其它鞋用材料的透水汽性存在两向差异,即水汽从材料的正面透到反面或从反面透到正面,其透水汽的能力不相同。差异的大小取决于这种材料两面的状态和亲水性的差异。复合试样的透水汽性受组成复合试样的单层材料的透水汽性的大小、孔率、亲水性、表面状态和组合方式的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, testing study had been done on permeability to water vapor of different shoe upper leathers, shoe lining single-layer material and compounded samples. The results showed that there was the bi-difference of permeability to water vapor of leather and other shoe material; in other words, the permeability to water vapor value in material's grain-to-fresh test is inconsistent with which in material ' s fresh-to-grain test. The differences were decided by the two-side state and the hydrophilic of material. The permeability to water vapor of the compounded sample was affected by the size, porosity, hydrophilic, surface state and combined mode of single-layer material of this compounded sample.
