| 摘 要： | 介绍了蛋白质的Langmuir单分子膜、Lanmgmuir-Blodgett(LB)膜、自组装膜(SA)和分子沉积膜(MD)的形成和表征，并回顾了蛋白质分子膜的动力学和构象研究的进展。这方面的研究进展为蛋白质分子膜的应用带来了光明的前景。

| Abstract: | The formation and characteristics of protein monolayers, such as Langmuir monolayers, Langmuir-Blodgett films, self-assembly monolayers and molecular deposited monolayers, are introduced. The kinetics of protein monolayers and their conformation are also reviewed . The development of studies in this area may bring a bright future to further potential applications. |
