| 摘 要： | 在针对目前太阳能行业和半导体行业普遍使用多线切割机切割单晶硅和多晶硅所使用的砂浆即SiC微粉与工作介质—轻质油混合搅拌而成的悬浮液,定量和定性剖析了混合搅拌的概念、分类、微观机理,并指出混合搅拌达到均匀混合的检验条件和方法。
