| 摘 要： | 我国常用带式输送机的张紧装置结构性能不能满足煤矿井下工作的需要，为此研制了自动控制液压张紧装置。它使输送带在起动和稳定运行阶段的张力合理地自动转换，所在电器均符合矿井防爆要求。样机经过现场试验并通过技术鉴定，在几个煤矿经过一年多的使用表明，技术性能和经济效益很好。

| Abstract: | The construction and feature of the take-up device of the belt conveyor commonly used in China cannot meet the operation demand of underground coal mine. Therefore an automatically controlled hydraulic take-up device is developed. It switches the belt tention from start-up stage to the stage of normal operation rationally and automatically. All electric elements conform to the explosion-proof requirement. The prototype of the device has been tested at site and passed the technical examination. Operation in several mines for more than one year shows excellent technical feature and economic effect. |
