| 摘 要： | 采访工作是高校图书馆做好各项服务工作的源头，也是做好各项服务工作的基础。随着网络时代的到来，图书馆采访工作的理念、内容、方式、方法等都发生了很大的变化，图书馆采访人员应与时俱进，及时修改采访原则、采访计划，提高业务水准，拓宽采访渠道，做好采访工作。

| Abstract: | Acquisition in college library is the source and foundation to do other work well. With the coming of net work era, great changes have taken place in concepts, contents, ways etc. of acquisition. So librarians should keep pace with the times and modify principles and plans of acquisition, improve the level of work and deepen ways. Only in this way, librarians can do the work well. |
