煤气化的氧煤比控制

摘    要:阐述了水煤浆气化装置在运行过程中,采用氧煤比自动复杂控制,包括中值选择、温压补偿、比例调节、交叉限幅选择调节等控制原理与方法,精确控制煤浆和氧气的的入炉量,实现氧煤比的自动控制。快速克服因煤浆泵不打量而造成的煤浆流量大幅扰动问题,气化炉过氧和跳车问题,达到气化炉安全稳定运行的目的,使装置的生产运行更加安全、稳定。

Abstract:Complicated control of water- coal slurry gasification equipments was described primarily, including the principle and method of ratio control, Median select, temperature and pressure compensation, ross - limiter adjustment, and exactly control the flow of oxygen and coal slurry into gasifier, automatic control of oxygen - coal mole ratio was realized. Through applying oxygen -coal ratio control, the problem that the slurry flow substantially disturbance was solved, the problem that gasification furnace excess oxygen and interlock shutdown was solved, and the gasification furnace can be operated safely and steadily. The reliable operation of instrument and the security and stability of device were ensured.
