摘    要:鲜香菇、平菇样品洗涤、烘干和研磨后经高温烧结炉灰化,最后用5%稀硝酸溶解,用火焰原子吸收法测定其重金属元素Cu、Mn、Cd、Pb,结果:平菇、香菇中Cu、Cd含量均超国家标准,Pb没检测出,加标回收率为98%~104%,RSD为0.1%~0.9%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高。通过实验得知,不同食用菌对重金属的富集作用相差较大,同种食用菌不同部位对重金属的富集也完全不同。

Abstract:Washing and drying fresh after grinding of the ash, dissolving in 5% Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus samples sintered at high temperature nitric acid solution. Determination of Cu, Mn, Cd, Pb and other elements of four heavy metals in Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was carried out. It was found Cu and Cd concentration surpassed the national standard in Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus, and almost no Pb was detected. The recovery was up to 98% - 104%, RSD of 0. 1% ~0. 9%, indicating that the method had high sensitivity, difference, the analysis precision and so on. llt also found that different edible enrichment of heavy metals in significant same level of heavy metals in different parts of edible fungi were also significant differences
