环境监测实验中气相色谱实验教学初探

摘    要:在环境监测实验中尝试开设"土壤中多环芳烃的测定"气相色谱实验。土壤中多环芳烃利用二氯甲烷/丙酮溶剂超声萃取,萃取液经离心分离后蒸发浓缩、硅胶层析柱净化;然后建立GC-FID测定土壤中多环芳烃的分析方法,以及实验过程中的质量控制。实验的目的使学生掌握土壤样品的前处理方法和色谱参数的选择。

Abstract:The gas chromatography (GC) experiments on ' gas chromatography determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil' was tried to introduce in the environmental monitoring experiments. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil were extracted ultrasonically with a mixture of dichloromethane - acetone. After centrifugation, the extract was evaporated, concentrated and purified with chromatographic column with silica gel. A method was established to determine PAHs in soil with FID detector. The purposes of the experiment made the students master soil sample pretreatment techniques and select chromatographic parameters and quality control of GC experiments.
