摘    要:建立了用HPLC法测定替加氟氯化钠注射液的含量的方法。采用sunfire TM C185μm 4.6×250 mm色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(10∶5∶85),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:271 nm,柱温:30℃。结果显示:替加氟进样量在10.64~4 256 ng范围内线性良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为100.1%(n=9),RSD为0.65%。该方法简便、专属、准确,可用于替加氟氯化钠注射液中替加氟的含量测定。

Abstract:The HPLC method for determination of tegafur and sodium chloride injection was established. Sunfire TM Cls 5 μm 4. 6 ×250 mm column was used. The mobile phase was methol -acetonitrile -water (10 : 5 : 85) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 The detection wavelength was set at 271 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The calibration curve of tegafur showed a good linearity at 10. 64 ~4 256 ng ( r = 1. 0000 ), and the average recovery was 100. 1% ( n = 9 ), RSD = 0. 65%. This method was simple, specific and accurate for determination of tegafur and sodium chloride injection.
