| 摘 要： | 化学工业是我国经济发展的支柱,产业基础地位明显,但存在能耗高、物耗高、污染严重问题。其发展与环境保护的矛盾越来越来突出。本文探讨了化工企业生产的新模式,即实行ISO14000环境管理体系与清洁生产有机结合,实现环境效益和经济效益＂双赢＂。该模式对促进化工企业节能减排,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The chemical industry was the backbone to economic development in China and its industrial base position was clear, but there were problems like high energy consumption and serious pollution. A new mode of production in chemical enterprises was explored, which was to combine ISO14000 environmental management system and clean production and production to achieve ＂win - win＂ of environmental and economic benefits. This mode was of significance for promoting energy saving and sustainable devel3pment in chemical enterprise. |
