臭氧氧化深度处理焦化废水的实验研究

摘    要:焦化废水含COD、NH3-N、挥发酚、氰化物等多种污染物,且浓度高,色度大,可生化性差,是极难处理的工业废水之一。本文利用臭氧氧化工艺对焦化废水生化出水进行深度处理,考察了反应时间、pH值、臭氧流量对COD去除率的影响。研究结果表明:在pH值8~9、曝气量8.4 g/h、反应时间40 min,臭氧氧化工艺对COD的去除率达到50%左右,出水达到炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准(GB16171-2012)。

Abstract:Advanced treatment of bio - treatment coking wastewater by ozone oxidation was studied. The COD removal rate was investigated by analyzing the intluencing factors including reaction time, pH value, and ozone dosage.The experimental results showed that pH of 8 ~ 9, reaction time of 40 min and aeration amount of 8.4 g/h, the COD removal rate could reach 50% by ozone oxidation.
