径向水平井转向器的技术发展与思考

摘    要:通过对3种典型径向水平井用转向器的分析,结合现场实际使用情况,列出各种转向器的优缺点,并提出转向器的最优配置。对转向器的技术发展提出4点建议,即将液力转向器与水力锚联接,组成最优径向钻井工具;减小转向器对钢质柔性钻杆的阻力,以增大径向水平进尺;发展小尺寸转向器,减小扩孔成本以及开展转向器的可靠性设计,提高其工作寿命。

Abstract:By analyzing three typical whipstocks and their practical application, the advantages and disadvantages of the tools are listed, and the optimum collocation is proposed. Suggestions for improvement are put forward. Combining hydraulic whipstock with hydraulic anchor and making them the optimum URRS tool. Decreasing the resistance of whipstock to the coiled tubing in order to increase the horizontal footage.Developing small size whipstock so as to reduce the hole enlarging cost.Carrying on reliability design to improve the service life of whipstock.
