高速剪切对淀粉浆料性能的影响

摘    要:探讨了原淀粉浆液通过高速剪切作用后性能的变化,测定了高速剪切前后淀粉浆液的粘度、粘附性能、浆膜的力学性能等.结果表明,高速剪切降低了淀粉浆液的粘度,改善了浆液的粘着力,提高了浆膜的力学性能和透明性.

Abstract:Changing of starch size liquid performance between original and after high speed shearing is discussed, sizing viscosity, adhesive property, and mechanical property of starch film are tested both original size liquid and after high speed shearing size liquid. The test shows that high speed shearing can reduce viscosity of starch size liquid, improve adhesive force of size liquid and enhance mechanical property and transparency of starch film.
