摘    要:利用Gleeble 1500型热模拟试验机进行单道次热压缩实验,测定不同温度下的真应力真应变曲线,分析了不同Mg-RE含量对SS400钢动态再结晶行为的影响.结果表明,稀土对动态再结晶有强的固溶拖曳作用,经Mg-RE复合处理的SS400钢形变抗力大;加入Mg-RE后,SS400钢的动态再结晶开始时间增大,从而提高了再结晶温度.

Abstract:The true stress and strain curves were measured by gleeble-1500 under different temperatures.The effects of Mg-RE content on the dynamic recrystallization in SS400 steel were researched primarily.The results indicate that the big solid solution towed effect in dynamic recrystallization is caused by Mg-RE,and there is high deformation resistance in SS400 steel treated with Mg-RE,which made the Rs of SS400 steel increased and the temperature of recrystallization improved.
