摘    要:对MCM - 2 2分子筛的结构、性质、合成及应用前景作了系统总结 ,从MCM - 2 2具有的十、十二元环的孔道特点、酸种类及强度在孔道中的分布出发 ,说明MCM - 2 2分子筛的独特反应性能 ,尤其对于某些反应表现出好的择形催化作用。考察了其合成条件及晶种对晶体质量的影响 ,根据硅源对结晶过程的影响 ,分析了其晶化机理 ,并探讨了Fe、Ti取代的MCM - 2 2合成、表征及在催化氧化还原领域的应用。对于甲烷芳构化、苯烷基化等反应 ,MCM - 2 2分子筛是继ZSM - 5之后的另一种具有很好性能的分子筛催化剂

Abstract:The property synthesis and applications of MCM-22 zeolite are reviewed. Due to the character of 10 MR, 12 MR channels with the distribution of different types and strength of acid sites in the channels or cages, its unique selective catalysis reactions are elucidated here. Meanwhile, the synthesis methods and conditions of MCM-22 are introduced, with the mechanism of formation and growing of the crystal being discussed. In addition, the metal ion substituted MCM-22, especially [Fe/Ti]-MCM-22 is emphasized on it's synthesis and application, and the substituted zeolites may be a prospective catalyst in selective oxidation or reduction of big molecular organic compounds.
