| 摘 要： | 针对工件输送较长的距离与生产线上较短节拍时间同步时需要提高工件输送速度的问题，介绍一种倍速移动机构的结构设计和工作流程。通过在输送轨道线中部设置一个中转提升架，将工件从输送小车一端提升后，放置小车另一端，在既不提高工件的移动速度又不改变驱动机构的条件下，可达到将工件的运送速度提高1倍的作用。

| Abstract: | Long production line does not synchronize with shorter tact time, the transmission speed is needed to improve.To this problem,the structure design and working process of a double speed mobile mechanism are introduced.By means of instal-ling a lifting bracket in the middle of the transfer orbit which it can lift the workpiece from one to the other end of the transport vehicle and the transmission speed of the workpiece is improved without changing the driving mechanism and the move speed of parts. |
