基于量子粒子群算法的数控加工切削参数优化

摘    要:在数控加工中,为实现生产率最大化和生产成本最小化,根据机床和刀具的实际约束条件建立了以进给量和切削速度为变量的数学模型,并利用具有全局搜索能力强、收敛速度快和鲁棒性高的量子粒子群算法(QPSO)进行优化,仿真结果表明其效果远远优于经验值,也优于粒子群算法(PSO)优化结果。

Abstract:In NC machining,in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs,the mathematical model which made the feed and cutting speed as a variable was created based on the actual constraints of the machine and tool.And it was optimized by QPSO which has the characteristics of high searching ability,rapid convergence and high robustness.The result of the simulation showed that the effect is far superior to the experience point and the result from PSO.
