Defect analysis & reinforcement of Songgang overhead bridge

With reference to the defects occurring in a pretensioned concrete continuous short-box beam bridge(the Songgang overhead bridge),this paper analyzes in details the causes of defect formation in the bridge,and reinforcing scheme was put out in the center of bending steel plate,theory analysis was done using proper calculating theory and model,reinforcing and constructing method was introduced in detail.Which may serve as reference to the design and reinforcements of the similar bridges in the future.
