摘    要:济钢150t/h干熄焦发电系统运行参数没有达到设计指标,发电量有提升的空间。采取优化工艺运行参数,强化设备管理以及加强日常管理等措施,实现了干熄焦系统的均衡稳定生产,蒸汽利用效率由0.512提高到0.533,发电机组日平均发电量由41.5万kW·h提高到44.2万kW·h。

Abstract:The operation parameters of Jinan Steel's 150 t/h dry quenched coke power generation system did not achieved design indexes and the generated energy has the space promoted. By adopting a series of measures such as optimizing the technology operating parameters, intensifying the equipment management and strengthening daily management etc, the coke dry quenching system realized balanced and stable production. Then the utilization of the steam was increased to 0.533 from 0.512 and the daily average generated energy was increased to 442 thousand kW·h from 415 thousand kW·h.
