| Abstract: | Compared with the traditional process,energy saving can be achieved in ethanol production through installation of mash heat exchanger before precooking,high gravity fermentation,low temperature cooking,as well as the uses of one step fermentation(no cooking and no saccharification),simultaneous saccharification and high gravity fermentation technologies. |
