乳化炸药用无灰分散剂生产工艺的改进

摘    要:介绍了一种经过改进的乳化炸药用聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的生产工艺.通过提高烃化工序通氯的压力、重新设定反应温度曲线、取消烃化N2气提、优化通氯管设计、改加液体顺酐等措施,使得聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的产品质量得到提高,产品的收率由改进前的89.5%提高到96.0%,生产的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺产品质量稳定,质量符合乳化炸药生产的要求.

Abstract:An improved process for producing polyisobutylene succinimide used in emulsion explosive was introduced. It was found that by increasing the pressure of chlorine, resetting the heating curve, canceling nitrogen stripping, optimizing the design of chlorine inlet pipe and etc. In the new process, the product yield increased from 89.5% to 96.0% and the improved product quality met the requirements of emulsion explosive production.
