铁矿石富氧烧结点火试验研究

摘    要:采用镜铁矿作为铁原料,通过改变天然气流量和氧气过剩系数以及氧气和空气的配比,在实验室进行了一系列点火烧结试验研究,重点考查富氧对烧结点火的影响。研究表明,富氧烧结点火能够降低烧结点火能耗和减少CO2的排放量,同时点火温度上升,烧结料层表面固体燃料的利用率提高,并可获得良好的烧结矿产量、质量指标。当天然气流量为2 m3.h-1,点火时间为1.5 min,助燃风为50%氧气+50%空气(体积分数),氧气过剩系数为1.9的情况下,烧结点火能耗为30.32 MJ.m-2,点火烟气中氧的体积分数为14.28%,所获得的烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度分别为72.32%和65.30%。与助燃风为空气,其它条件不变的情况比较,烟气中氧的体积分数提高了5.17%,烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度分别提高了10.59%和1.97%。

Abstract:In this paper, a series of experiment studies for ignition sintering on a specularite were done, the trial main research focus on the effects of oxygen for sintering ignition by changing oxygen excess coefficient and the ratio of oxygen and air under different natural gas flow. The studies show that, the use of rich oxygen to the ignition sintering can reduce energy consumption and decrease CO2 emission. At the same time, it can improve the temperature of ignition and the utilization of solid fuels in the surface layer of sinter pot, and a good sintering index of quality and quantity can be obtained. when the gas flow 2m3 ? h-1 at 1.5min, the combustion-supporting wind is 50% oxygen and 50% air, oxygen excess ratio of 1.9, sintering ignition energy consumption 30.32 MJ ?m-2, oxygen content of flue gas 14.28%, the rate of finished product and tumble strength was 72.32% and 65.30% respectively. Comparison with the above condition using combustion-supporting wind for 100% air shows that the flue gas oxygen content increased by 5.17%, the rate of finished product and tumble strength increased by 10.59% and 1.97% respectively.
