褐铁矿烧结基础性能的研究

摘    要:对褐铁矿的烧结基础性能进行了研究,研究结果表明:褐铁矿1 200℃即开始同化,同化时间只有3 min,比磁铁矿和赤铁矿的同化温度低、同化时间短。褐铁矿的液相流动性也高于其它赤铁矿,达100%,液相固结强度和连晶强度也比赤铁矿低很多,所以褐铁矿的烧结矿强度低。但褐铁矿的同化性好,生成铁酸钙的能力比其它矿石高20%,所以褐铁矿的还原性好。

Abstract:The sinter fundamental property of limonite was studied in this paper. The results show that limonite starts to assimilate at 1200℃ with assimilation time of 3 minutes only. The assimilation temperature of limonite is lower and the assimilation time is shorter than those of magnetite and hematite. The liquid-phase flow fluidity of limonite is higher by 100% than that of other hematite. And the liquid-phase concretion strength and join crystal strength are much lower than those of hematite, so sinter strength of limonite is lower. However, assimilation of limonite is better and the capability of creating calcium ferrite is higher by 20% than other ores. The reducibility of limonite is better.
