煤基铁矿粉催化还原试验研究

摘    要:通过煤粉还原铁矿粉试验,研究了反应罐工艺模式下催化剂对煤基铁矿还原反应的催化规律。试验结果表明:通过配加催化剂的方式可以显著加快铁矿还原反应速度,其中向煤粉中加入催化剂的催化效果要好于加入矿中;增加催化剂配加量、降低反应温度和减小煤粉粒度均有利于改善催化剂的催化效果,适宜的催化剂配加量应小于5%,考虑到布料操作和反应效率的影响,煤粉粒度和添加催化剂后的反应温度应控制在0.074~0.15mm和1050~1100℃;此外,煤种对催化剂的催化效果也有较大影响,煤粉的固定碳含量越高越有利于催化剂发挥显著的作用。

Abstract:The catalytic effect and influencing factors of coal-based iron ore direct reduction have been studied by experiments of iron oxide reduction. The results indicate that the rate of reaction can be accelerated by addition of catalysts; The catalytic effect of adding catalysts to the coal is better than other adding modes; the catalytic effect can be improved by increase the amount of catalysts and the optimizing addition is approximately 3% ;at the same time, increasing the reaction temperature and reducing the sizes of coal powder are favorable of the catalytic effect; The catalytic effect to coals of the same catalyst is different and the catalytic effect for the anthracite is significant than the bituminous coal of catalyst B.
