摘    要:涉案通信资料处理和分析是案件线索荻取的重要技术方法之一。本文详细阐述“涉案通信资料处理与智能分析系统”的设计.对公安部门破案思路进行归纳和总结,提出了三种分析思路。极大地提高了对案件的分析能力:为每一种分析思路设计了多视角数据透视和智能分析两种手段.可以从微观与宏观、定量与定性等不同角度互为补充地进行分析;提出的文本数据整理与规范较好地解决了数据预处理问题。该系统丰富的图表直观地展示了复杂的数据关系,功能实用,极大地减轻了公安人员的劳动强度。

Abstract:The processing and analyzing of communication materials relating to criminal cases have become one of the key technical approaches in clue obtaining. This essay examines in detail the design of the processing of communication materials of criminal offenses and intelligent analytical system: Tracking & summarizing the thinking of case detecting of public security personnel, this essay puts forward three analytic ways that would increase greatly of the analytical abilities. It designs two approaches of multi-view data perspective and intelligent analysis for each idea, which make it possible to do mutually supplementary analysis from microcosmic or macroscopical, perspectives quantitive & qualitative perspectives. It also puts forward the approach of the text data sorting, which cleares the issue of data pre-processing. The system displays the complicated data relations with abundant schematics that are audio-visual. Its practical functions play the role to reduce labor tense of the police, which qualifies as a successful case to strengthen police force by science and technology.
