摘    要:食品安全关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和生命,关系到我国的经济发展和社会稳定。随着社会的进步和改革开放的不断深入,我国食品安全机制也在不断完善和发展,但仍然存在很多的问题。我们要借鉴发达国家食品安全机制的发展模式,开创具有中国特色的食品安全机制。

Abstract:Food safety was related to peoples’ health and life and national economic development and social stability.With the social progress and the deepening of reform and opening up,food safety mechanism in China was also developing,but there were still many problems.We must refer to the development model of food safety mechanism in developed country and establish the Chinese characteristic food safety mechanism.
