聚乙烯醇包埋活性炭/纳米TiO2微球处理含铬废水的研究

摘    要:采用液-液相分离的方法制备了聚乙烯醇共包埋活性炭和纳米TiO2的微球,并考察了其对模拟含铬废水的处理效果。试验结果表明:微球对废水中的Cr(Ⅳ)有较好的处理效果,且去除率随纳米TiO2包埋量的增加而增加,当微球加入量为140g/L,微球中活性炭、纳米TiO2包埋量分别为6%和4%,pH值为3,作用时阀为3h时,Cr(Ⅳ)的去除率可达90%以上,且微球使用方便,不会造成二次污染。

Research on treatment of chromium-containing wastewater by PVA entrapped activated carbon/nano-TiO2 micro-ball

Abstract:PVA entrapped activated carbon/nano-TiO2 micro-ball were prepared by liquid-liquid phase separation method, the effect of it on treatment of simulant chromium-containing wastewater was investigated. The results of the test showed that: micro-ball had good effect on chromium-containing wastewater treatment, and the removal rate of Cr(Ⅳ) increased with the increasing of the entrapment amount of nano-TiO2, when the dosage of micro-ball reached 140 g/L, the entrapment amount of activated carbon, nano-TiO2 were 6% and 4% respectively, the pH value was 3, the reaction time was 3 h, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅳ) could reached 90% or even above. The micro-ball was convenient to use and would not cause secondary pollution.
