把柴油机改装成天然气柴油机

为了充分利用油田的天然气资源,并尽量节约柴油,可将柴油机改装成天然气(主要)和柴油(少量)为燃料的双燃料发动机,简称天然气柴油机。本文分别介绍了自然进气四冲程柴油机和四冲程增压柴油机的改装方案。改装成的天然气柴油机,在天然气不能正常供应时,通过一个天然气-柴油自动切换装置,仍可完全用柴油为燃料运行。

Refitted Diesel Engines Act as Dual-Fuel Engines

In order to make the best use of natural gas in oil fields and to reduce the diesel oil consumption whereever possible, diesel engines are to be refitted as dual-fuel engines, using natural gas (main part) and diesel oil (small amount)as fuel. This paper presents the refit methods for both supercharged and unsupercharged four-stroke diesel engines. The refitved engine, in case the gas supply is inadequate to meet the demand, can function normally again withdieset oil only with the aid of an automatic transfer device.
