摘    要:针对某燃机发电厂天然气增压机在运行过程中出现的严重振动波动问题,详细介绍了机组的振动特征,指出造成机组振动波动的原因为自激振动。通过对运行参数、振动频谱分析及增压机效率计算,进一步明确了振动过大的原因为增压机运行中出现了气流激振,对其结构及运行方式进行研究,精确推断出再循环阀存在严重内漏问题。通过停机检修,发现再循环阀芯与阀体间存在1 cm间隙,占其通流面积的40%。因此,证实了所采用的诊断方法和故障处理措施对同类型机组的振动故障处理有效。

Abstract:To solve the vibration problem of a natural gas compressor,vibration characteristics of the unit is introduced precisely,and it points out that the cause of vibration fault is self-excited vibration.Based on the analysis of operating parameters,vibration frequency spectrum and calculation of compressor efficiency,it is further clarified that the reason of excessive vibration is airflow excitation during compressor operation.Combined with the study of unit structure and operation mode,it is accurately inferred that the bypass valve has serious internal leakage problem.It is found that there is 1 cm gap between core and body of bypass valve,and it accounts for 40%flow area.The conclusions is confirmed by inspection of the unit.The adopted diagnosis and fault-disposing measures have reference value for vibration fault disposal on similar kind of units.
