地浸“水平井注-直井抽”井场流场数值模拟与井网优化

摘    要:利用数值模拟软件建立了"水平井注-直井抽"井场二维、三维模型,探究了流场渗流特点,以最小化浸出死角为目标优选了井网布置参数。数值模拟结果表明:以水平井作为注液井可以形成线性驱替,有效提高注液效率,避免浸出死角;重力对渗流场的影响较小,水平注液井应布置在含矿含水层的中部位置;"水平井注-直井抽"井场最优井间距:直井与水平井的间距为35m;直井与直井的间距为50m。

Abstract:Compared with conventional vertical well,Horizontal wells can increase the contact area with the mine and can effectively improve water injection efficiency.Two-dimensional and three-dimensional model of the"horizontal well injection-vertical well pumping"well field are established in this paper by using numerical simulation software.The characteristics of flow field were explored,and the parameters of well pattern were optimized with the goal of minimizing leaching dead angle.The numerical simulation results show that the linear displacement can be formed by using the horizontal well as the injection well,which can effectively improve the injection efficiency and avoid leaching dead angles;The effect of gravity on the seepage field is small;The horizontal injection well should be placed in the middle of the ore-bearing aquifer.The optimal well spacing for the"horizontal injection-vertical pumping"well field is 35 meters between the vertical and horizontal wells and 50 meters between the vertical wells.
