摘    要:在镍铁冶炼过程中炉前设备承担着出铁的重要功能,具有使用频次高,工况恶劣等特点,本文针对镍铁炉前开堵口设备的工作特性对其液压控制系统进行了全面详细的分析和研究,对镍铁液压系统在实际使用过程中的优缺点进行了分析,针对某用户现场的使用问题设计了一种液压控制系统,解决和降低了用户炉前设备的使用故障,提高了镍铁炉前开堵口作业的稳定性和安全性。

Abstract:In the process of ferronickel smelting,furnace front equipment plays an important role in tapping,which has the characteristics of high frequency of use and bad working conditions.In this paper,the hydraulic control system of the equipment is analyzed and studied in detail according to the working characteristics of the equipment.The advantages and disadvantages of ferronickel hydraulic system in the actual use process are analyzed,aiming at the user’s on-site use problems A kind of hydraulic control system is designed to reduce the user’s furnace equipment failure and improve the stability and safety of ferronickel opening and plugging operation.
