Abstract:In the marketization environment of distributed generation, a planning and operation model was proposed given the distributed transaction mechanisms and the economics of energy storage operation strategies for two main purposes. One is to balance the interests of different subjects in the collaborative planning of the distribution network operator (DNO) and the investor of distributed photovoltaic and energy storage system (PV-ESS), and the other is to ensure the benefits of each subject after the planning. Firstly, the benefit coupling model for the subjects in the planning layer was constructed considering photovoltaic prediction errors and agency costs based on the agency transaction mode. Specifically, the settlement rules of agency transactions were formulated on the basis of photovoltaic prediction errors, and the agency cost model was established considering transmission costs of operators, network loss, and reasonable profit. Secondly, a double-layer planning model was established taking the maximization of the investment and planning benefit of the subjects as the optimization goals. In addition, the timing operation results of the distribution network in typical scenes were obtained in the operation layer using the benefit coupling model and energy storage operation strategy. The double-layer improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to run the model. Taking an actual distribution network as an example for the planning solution and analysis, this paper compared the economics of different energy storage operation strategies and analyzed the rationality of the benefit coupling model. The simulation results verify that the proposed method is effective in ensuring the benefits of different subjects.
