聚合醇-正电胶聚合物钻井液在中原油田水平井中的设计与应用

摘    要:本文介绍了聚合醇-正电胶聚合物钻井液在中原油田水平井中的设计与应用。针对中原油田水平井地层特点及水平井五大技术难题优选出适合于中原油田水平井的钻井液体系、钻井液组成与配方,以及钻井液流变参数。制定了切实合理的钻井液维护与处理措施。现场应用表明,优选的“聚合醇-正电胶聚合物钻井液”体系能够满足中原油田水平井的钻进,钻井液组成、配方以及流变参数的优选符合实钻要求,维护措施易于操作,为现场施工提供了科学依据。应用该钻井液体系先后钻成了多台阶变方位的中曲率半径水平井云2一平1井、易漏的濮2一平1井、超薄油藏深层水平井文92一平1井等一批高难度水平井。

Abstract:This paper introduced drilling fluid optimization design and application for horizontal well in Zhong Yuan Oilfield.drilling fluid system?composition and formulation ,and drilling fluid rheological parameter are optimized in accordance with formation characteristic of Zhong Yuan Oilfield and five technology problem of horizontal well. Besides,practical drilling fluid maintenance and processing scheme was made. Field using shows that optimized drilling fluid system "polyol-positive colloid polymer drilling fluid" is fit to all block horizontal well of Zhong Yuan Oilfield. With it some high difficult horizontal well such as multi stem horizontal well Yun2-p1,lost circulation?water return and hole collapsing well Pu2-p1,and the deep ultra-thin reservoir horizontal well Wen92-p1 have been completed.
