盐酸酸洗高速线材的锈斑问题研究

摘    要:采用俄歇电子能谱(AES)及X光电子能谱(XPS)研究了高速线材经盐酸酸洗表面锈斑的成分结构及成因。结果表明,高速线材形成的黄色锈斑以多孔疏松的Fe2O3、Fe-OH结构为主。高速线材经盐酸酸洗出现黄色腐蚀条纹,与高速线材生产工艺有直接关系。

Abstract:The composition and constitution of rusty stain on the surface of high- speed wire rod after hydrochloric acid pickling were studied by utilizing AES and XPS, and the forming mechanism was also discussed. Results showed that the rusty was composed of Fe_ 2O_ 3 and Fe- OH with porous and loose structure. It was suggested that rusty stain was directly related to the manufacture procedure of wire rod.
