| 摘 要： | 目的为考证北京四合院的形成年代，研究历史建筑在某个时代留给人们的印记，反映当时的政治、文化、经济、技术．方法利用大量的历史文献资料，考证北京四合院历史建筑形成的年代．结果通过研究和考证。确定了北京四合院建筑物的形成年代．并通过对几个实例的分析，提出了四合院的营造方法和建筑技艺，科学确定了四合院建筑年代的3个线索．结论由于明、清北京城承袭元大都的城市格局，四合院的居住形制得到进一步的发展和完善，最终成为明、清的典型住宅．

| Abstract: | Historic building is a reflection of such factors of the building times as politics,culture,economy,and technology.The research on historic buildings consequently involves a series of issues of society and economy.On the other hand,in the process of researching history how to ascertain the ages the buildings being completed is an important action.The paper provides three clues for ascertaining the ages of a Beijing Quadrangle buildings and the technological method of construction. |
