摘    要:提出了引入KBE和优化方法的汽车覆盖件冲压工艺设计CAPP系统的框架结构,建立了基于特征/知识的产品/工艺信息模型,采用基于特征和知识的智能工艺决策方法制定了覆盖件冲压成形工艺路线,并利用几何优化的方法确定冲压方向,采用关联技术和参数化的方法进行冲压件图半智能化的详细设计和信息传递,直接生成工序件图的三维模型,有利于实现与CAE系统的结合,可直接用于模具设计和制造,实现无试模一次成功

Abstract:The architecture of CAPP system for design of the stamping process for auto body metal sheet parts by knowledge-based engineering(KBE)and optimization methods is introduced.The product/process information model based on features/knowledge has been set up.The stamping process layout for forming auto body metal sheet parts has been worked out by the intelligent proˉcess decision method based on features and knowledge.The stamping direction is determined by the method of geometric optimization.Semi-intelligent design of the parts'drawings and information transferring are conducted by using associated and parameterized techniques,and a3-D model of the process design is generated directly.The3-D model facilitates the realization of integration with CAE system,can be directly used to the design and manufacture of the dies and is good to realize successful manufacturing of the die without shakedown test.
