以长治市气象局多普勒气象雷达观光塔工程为案例,对高、难、新建筑施工项目如何管理进行了探讨,从质量控制,进度控制,成本控制,合同管理,沟通管理等多方面入手具体阐述了从项目计划、目标管理、项目控制到目标实现的过程,以期指导实践。
