物业服务范围之探讨

摘    要:针对我国的物业服务起步晚,发展不规范而造成许多纠纷的情况进行了探讨,指出纠纷的主要原因在于业主和物业服务企业对合同义务的认识不同,提出物业服务法律义务范围不止于狭义的合同义务,还包括广义的合同义务和法定义务,解决物业服务纠纷时应该明晰合同的性质,并按照违约的程度承担责任。
