| Abstract: | In light of building construction contract management status in recent years,this paper further analyzes common problems occurring in building construction contract management including contract signing and implementing,and puts forward controlling countermeasures,with a view to strengthen contract management of building construction enterprise and to defend legal rights of enterprises. |
